2. Description of Services

TapNow provides NFC (Near Field Communication) and QR code-enabled cards and products that connect to your Google Business profile. Our services include:

  • NFC card activation and management
  • Google Business profile integration
  • Digital dashboard for analytics and card management
  • Customer review collection solutions

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. NFC Card Usage

When using TapNow NFC cards, you agree to:

  • Use cards only for legitimate business purposes
  • Not attempt to tamper with or modify the NFC technology
  • Not use cards for fraudulent or misleading activities
  • Ensure all linked business information is accurate
  • Comply with Google's terms of service for business profiles

5. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TapNow services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TapNow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or content

8. Limitation of Liability

TapNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
